Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and maybe you’re not even sure where to begin. You might have a lot on your mind, or just a sense that something isn’t sitting right — and that’s okay. Imagine a place where there is someone that is dedicated to you for 50 minutes. Alongside their own training and their own experience their role is to help guide and provide different perspectives and package it in a way that you may easily understand. That is therapy.

In my previous experiences I have had the opportunity to work within inpatient addictions treatment centres, and at King’s Univeristy College. I have provided psycho-educational groups during my time at the addictions treatment center where I helped individuals learn to manage withdrawal symptoms, regulate emotions, and work on relationship skills.

In my own time I enjoy playing sports, playing with partner’s cats and reading. I have been enjoying thrillers and fantasy books lately and will always take good recommendations. If you are curious as to who I am or taking that first step into exploring more about yourself then I invite you to book a free consultation call.
